the location proved convenient. i found goodge street and euston station within a short walk. i liked that the rooms included sinks, and it was a great help for brushing my teeth. the staff was also friendly and helpful, as needed.
the tv remote didn't seem to work properly. i think it was designed for another type of tv. i also noticed that some of the electrical sockets didn't supply power. there were plenty of sockets overall, good, but some were faulty.

the room was really clean and neat. i found the staff helpful and cute. the breakfast included many options (especially the gluten-free ones!).
the bathroom door was completely transparent. it might be a concern for some guests wanting more privacy.
